SPR# SKAI7VYDG4 - Server - The problem addressed by this fix is that on rare occasions when the Router is starting and Mail Journalling is enabled, the following error is received and logged: "No Message Queue with that name", This causes the Router to shut down. This fix introduces logic to try to avoid this error, and then if it does happen, to retry to open the queue multiple times before resorting to shutting down the Router.
